RETURN POLICY

1. All purchase is final, no return are allowed. 
   
2. Note that, aonekohime.com are not reliable for any parcel’s damages due to poor courier handling as it beyond the store’s control. 
   
3. Ensure that any fragile items will be wrapped with bubble wrap.
   
4. Please make ensure that the mailing details is correct and complete before confirming your order to avoid any orders return back to the store.
   
5. Order that was return back to the store due to  incorrect and incomplete mailing address filled by the customer will result to new postage charges and handling fees that customer need to bear.
